Hobby Project into a Startup idea
The Startup Project was carried out as a hobby project with a potential of converting to a startup idea with subscription-based Business Model. The idea behind FocusFlip was to help people gain control over the social media distractions. During the development of the project, I worked as a team member in coding, code reviews and continuous field research and client interviews.

Whenever you open an addictive trigger app, FocusFlip asks you to spend some time in a hea/thy app before to unlock it. This intervation aims to fix your dopamine system by delaying the dopamine reward caused by the trigger app. This way, FocusFlip also motivates you to use healthy apps more often.
