This project is a business process improvement and analysis assignment focused on the Pharmacy Prescription Fulfilment Process at CVS. The goal is to increase revenue and customer satisfaction by fixing inefficiencies in the current (“as-is”) process.

Communication Plan, Risk Plan and Matrix, Project Scheduling - Gantt-chart and Cash Flow Map.

Case Study: Fixing The Payment System - Sporting Stadium
In this project, I explored Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF and ArchiMate, applying them to a case study on fixing the payment system at Alvalade XXI. This involved creating ArchiMate viewpoint diagrams, BPMN diagrams using Camunda, and SysML/UML diagrams with Enterprise Architect. Inspired by this, I pursued a major in Enterprise Systems, which broadened my perspective beyond coding to system and business process planning. I also worked on BPM Lifecycle, conducting process identification, analysis, redesign, and simulation using Bizagi.
